Small Groups

Life is better together.  Relationships matter.

These aren't just catchy sayings or cliches. These values drive us as body of Christ followers. We believe the Bible clearly teaches that life alongside fellow believers is crucial. In a time when isolation is the norm, small groups help us press into community and aid in our spiritual formation.

Our small group ministry provides a place where believers can grow in their relationship with the Lord while simultaneously growing in their relationship with one another. They help us know and be known.

Small groups at CBC meet on Sunday from 6:00pm-7:30pm in homes throughout our community!

Sermon Rewind

Ever wanted to ask a question during the sermon? Join our small group as we share our thoughts and questions each week on the Sunday morning sermon. We'll reason together to understand the Biblical text more and work to apply the message to our daily lives. Missed the sermon? That's ok! The starting point is the Biblical text, and we'll review it together. So scribble some notes on the back of the bulletin and join us as we dive deeper into God's Word!

Zach and Riley Dugger

Revelation

This study is designed to help us better understand some basic eschatological ideas for maximum impact in our daily Christian life. To not be stuck on a particular position but on two primary facts: 1, Jesus is coming in the flesh, and 2, His coming is imminent.

1 Peter

Written by the Apostle Peter to persecuted believers living as scattered exiles, 1 Peter offers encouragement to stand firm in the face of suffering and hostility. The letter grounds Christian identity in the "living hope" of the resurrection, calling believers to live holy, distinct lives of submission and good deeds even when mistreated. Ultimately, Peter reminds us that our trials refine our faith, pointing us toward an eternal inheritance secured in Jesus Christ.
